A State Supreme Court has allowed for Class Action Lawsuits against Cell Phone carriers whose contracts forbid customers from suing their telephone carrier. You may be able to qualify for 3 times the damages. Consider getting a good attorney to handle your case.
T-Mobile representatives will tell you that they will take care of the fraudulent charges. You will find out later that your account will be sold to a collection aagency even though you were told that they will be removed.
